How to use this tool
- Enter the inside base dimensions, wall height and tab width.
- Download the actual-size net, cut the solid outline, fold the dashed lines and glue the corner tabs.
Things to know
- Creates an open-top rectangular tray, not a locking retail carton. Net dimensions must fit on A4 with a 10 mm margin.
- Download the generated PDF and print at actual size, with Fit to page turned off. Check a measured test page before a full print run.
- Processing and results stay on this device. Inputs are bounded; no work is saved between visits.
