How to use this tool
- Enter one label per line. Use a vertical bar to start a new line within a label.
- Enter the measurements of your actual sheet, including gutters and margins. Positions count across each row from 1.
- Print a test sheet and check alignment before using adhesive labels.
Things to know
- Download the generated PDF and print at actual size, with Fit to page turned off. Check a measured test page before a full print run.
- Up to 500 labels. No brand compatibility or CSV mail-merge claim; paste prepared label text. Oversized text or layouts are rejected.
- Processing and results stay on this device. Inputs are bounded; no work is saved between visits.
