How to use this tool
- Enter two non-negative measurements in the same unit.
- Run the tool. It divides the absolute difference by the average of the two values and multiplies by 100.
Things to know
- Neither value is treated as the starting point. For an increase or decrease from an old value, use Percentage Calculator.
- Both values cannot be zero because their average would be zero. One zero and one positive value gives 200%. Results are rounded to ten significant digits.
